Review reevaluated to 5!We returned after 2 years and we found the same place but with a new young but really good management. The exquisite dishes, from the appetizer with an excellent mix of Valle d'Aosta cured meats and the rich and tasty stew. To try!
Found by chance it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise.Managers of a unique kindness, dishes taken care of from the point of view of the raw material (all made by them).A perfect place from lunch to after dinner.
If you go to Hirsch stube you must not miss the "jaw" is something spectacular that melts in your mouth! My god that's goodToo bad for the ricotta and apple pie was to be accompanied with water because it was too dry for my taste.
Ate very well dishes and excellent service a little expensive
We went for lunch on a Wednesday in January. Warmly welcomed by the owner who explained the various dishes on the menu. We tasted the duck breast with orange (off the menu), the fondue, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses and finally the tiramisu. All prepared with care and delicious. All homemade and freshly prepared (the wait is well rewarded).
We stopped in this place in the middle of the afternoon, hoping to be able to eat something. Unfortunately it was not possible, and we therefore turned to homemade desserts, really excellent! The restaurant is not very large, so I think it's worth booking. The management is familiar, of impeccable kindness. A little expensive but I think in line with the high season prices.

Great little restaurant in Tache with typical Valdostan dishes cooked directly by them and a fantastic selection of craft beers made in the area. Really nice and friendly owners. Reservations are recommended because there are few places.

Staff very friendly and prepared in every aspect. The dishes are excellent and above all homemade! Good desserts and a decent selection of wines. The friendly environment then helps you enjoy the dish better!Definitely to go back also seeing the very suitable prices for the dishes served.

My father and I went to dinner on our way home from France.A restaurant with great attention to detail and attention to the customer: we were graciously received by the owner's wife, very kind, who patiently explained each dish to us, which then turned out to be of excellent quality.The only note is the prices, which rise well above the average: it is not difficult to spend 50 euros a head making a normal dinner, without exaggerating with drinks.Wide range of quality liqueurs.All in all we had a good time.

What is not to like. Exceptional good food and exceptional friendly service. We have been here several times during our stay and every time it was lovely. Dishes are traditional italian/Aosta with local and homemade ingredients. My personal favorites were: the steak tartare, the desserts, the housewine (barbera) and the pork. One tip: make a reservation. It is a small restaurant which was fully booked every time we were there.

Nice restaurant / pub / bar, nice, clean, friendly and nice owner. Good quality dishes with local specialties. Harvested environment, furnished in wood and welcoming. But the rations could be more ... supported.
Nice little place, very welcoming and well cared for, both in terms of service and attention to the menu, without forgetting the wines. The management, made by young and capable guys, closes a series of perfect ingredients that made me feel really good
After a working day and a few hours' drive, getting to this cozy place, completely in wood style pub / cabin, was really a pleasant surprise. Despite the late hour (for the area at 9.30pm it is already quite late for dinner!) The owners were very nice to prepare us anyway the delicious dishes of the local cuisine, of own production. From salami, polenta tanning, to desserts, really all delicious. The guys who own the restaurant are very kind, friendly and friendly. Good prices, we spent € 60 in two taking three dishes, wine and desserts. We went out with a full stomach, very satisfied and we will certainly return. I recommend booking because the seats are few.
Quiet small restaurant, friendly staff, amazing and tasty local food. We had a traditional cabbage soup which I absolutely loved.
Really nice place both outside and inside. Beautiful and characteristic. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in the afternoon, but I would certainly recommend it for an evening with friends over a beer or a cup of hot chocolate.

Fantastic dinner.When you enter, you are greeted by the friendliness and extreme professionalism of the owner. Local with attention to detail, their advice on local wines and products is very valid, as well as various home-made dishes.A little pearl !!!!!!!!!!!

Couple of guys with a great desire to do and passionate about both food and manners. Local very collected and all in wood, possibility to eat outside. The customer is treated very well and without any forcing. I'm curious to know the summer menu. In my opinion the prices slightly above the average, but the raw material is excellent and almost all homemade (bread, pasta, hamburger, piadina pasta etc.).
